Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, way more than the usual accommodations in Japan, and exceptionally clean. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The service was spot on - the staff were so warm, helpful, and friendly, making my stay incredibly central. The location was perfect for me, just a short walk from the vibrant Nishiki market and surrounded by trendy boutiques, restaurants, an amazing bakery, and even a craft beer taproom I fell in love with. The dining options around were plentiful, so I had no complaints there. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.
Wow, this hotel was amazing! The rooms were super comfy, clean, and just beautiful. They had all the modern conveniences you could ask for, plenty of USB charging ports, a wireless wifi gadget to take with you exploring, a universal adapter, and even a coffee maker and microwave. Truly comfortable and well set up. The service was top-notch, going above-and-beyond, even offering to accompany us to the post office! The location couldn't have been better, being only a couple of minutes walk to the Nishiki Markets, making shopping and eating out a breeze. A real gem in a quiet neighborhood with all our needs right at our doorstep.
The hotel is perfectly placed, just a quick walk from the Nishiki market and surrounded by trendy boutiques, varied restaurants, an amazing bakery, and a favorite craft beer taproom a few blocks away. The rooms were really good, albeit lacking a window, which was a bit odd but overall a great experience. The service was extremely friendly and hospitable, with staff happy to offer local recommendations. The location, although slightly tucked away off Nishiki market, offers convenience to various dining options and is within easy reach of public transport. Despite the absence of a window in the room, the pleasant atmosphere and friendly service make this a worthwhile choice.
